Eric Estepp was on site for this weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series Playoff race at Kansas Speedway. What did he think about it in this week’s Groovy Gauge Presented by Lectric eBikes?

• Like always, it was a great weekend of racing at Kansas Speedway. Not only was it a great race weekend for the Cup Series but also the lower NASCAR National Series.
• While a weekend full of good racing can be calm at times, this race had many thrilling moments. Not only was there the back-and-forth between Chastain and Busch, but there was also the overflowing playoff drama, like Kyle Larson’s bad outing.
• It’s hard for Kansas to rebound from what was a generational race this spring. But, despite the lack of a close finish, this race was a solid outing for what might be NASCAR’s best track on the schedule.
