What’s Happening?

This past weekend, a five-overtime finish featuring questionable officiating and unimaginable fuel mileage defined NASCAR at Nashville Superspeedway. Eric Estepp tries to package the wild race together in this week’s Groovy Gauge, presented by Lectric eBikes.

Groovy Gauge Score: 40%

This race was…weird. There was a rain delay in the middle of it, and thanks to the delay and Olympic trials, the race was moved from NBC to the USA.
Passing wasn’t easy, but it also wasn’t impossible. Those who were fast could make passes, but some cars were still stuck in the pack when things went wrong.
Eric was not a big fan of the five Overtimes either. While the chaos may have been fun to some, he belives that this race was too much.
