Joey Logano brought home championship number three at Phoenix this Sunday. What did Eric Estepp think about it in the final Groovy Gauge Presented by Lectric eBikes?

Groovy Gauge Score: 75%

While some may disagree with the Playoff format, this was a great race at Phoenix. It was a much-needed race, featuring solid restarts and coming down to the final lap.
While it’s not the best race in Phoenix history and not the barn burner that most races in 2024 have been, it was a good showing from a short track.
In the end, Eric couldn’t help but ponder the NASCAR playoffs. While some don’t enjoy it, Eric agrees that it creates much-needed narratives late in the year that NASCAR competes with the NFL and NBA.
