What’s Happening?

New Hampshire Motor Speedway produced one of the most memorable races it’s ever had, thanks to rain and wet weather tires. How did Eric feel about the race rated on the “Groovy Gauge” presented by Lectric eBikes?

Groovy Gauge Score: 80%

• Eric was a bit conflicted when scoring this race. While he felt that NASCAR could have put more decisions in the hands of the teams, the race itself was compelling.
• The wet-weather portion of the race was hampered a bit by NASCAR deciding when teams could or could not change from wet to dry tires. Eric believes the decision should be up to the teams in the future, even though he understands why NASCAR did what they did this week.
• However, the race was fun with the wet weather tires and variable strategies. The race was especially entertaining after the rain delay.
