Talladega Superspeedway produced one of its strangest races in recent memory on Sunday. From weird pit strategy to a typical Talladega finish, how does Eric Estepp feel it ranks on the “Groovy Gauge” Presented by Lectric eBikes?

Groovy Gauge Score: 85%

• Eric’s major issue with the race was with the Fox broadcast. He was particularly critical of the commercial placements, but, he felt the broadcast was fine overall.
• Eric did like the overall flow of the race. It was not a wreck fest like many Talladega races can descend into.
• While many disliked the fuel-saving strategy, Eric actually enjoyed the fuel-saving. He felt it added to the race in stages 1 and 2.
