This is an iRacing special event created by Out of the Groove and A.E. Engine to raise money for Extra Life, a program of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, and Toys for Tots.
Just in time for Groovy Hollow 5, Cody Williams is back with the second book of the The Legend of Groovy Hollow saga, The Legend of Groovy Hollow: Lost Boys, which transports readers back into the world of Groovy Hollow.
Groovy Hollow is an annual charity sim racing event hosted by YouTuber Eric Estepp. While the event offers top-tier sim racing action, Groovy Hollow is also renowned for its theatrical elements and lore that have persisted throughout its four events.
Last year, in preparation for Groovy Hollow 4, the event took on a new life as a book, The Legend of Groovy Hollow, written by author and Daily Downforce writer Cody Williams. This book not only established more lore for fans but also established itself as a one-of-a-kind book combining the worlds of racing with Halloween.
This year, Williams is back with yet another exciting addition to the world of Groovy Hollow with the series’ second book, The Legend of Groovy Hollow: Lost Boys.
This return to the Groovy Hollow universe centers on the eerie disappearance of Shelton and Tony Forge, local racers at Stone Castle Speedway in the 1950s, who are known to modern racers as the ‘Lost Boys of Stone Castle.’
Now, college journalism student Max DePew and his colleague Ashley find themselves intertwined in the mystery of Stone Castle Speedway and the Lost Boys of Stone Castle, uncovering its connections to a revived Groovy Hollow 300.
