What’s Happening?
Today John Roberts revealed on his Twitter account that the NASCAR Race Day Revival on April 9th live outside Bristol Motor Speedway will, in fact, be live streamed online!
The beloved pre-race show will return with original hosts, Kenny Wallace and John Roberts as part of NASCAR’s 75th Anniversary Celebration!
You Need To Know:
- NASCAR Race Day was a trackside show which ran on the now defunct SPEED Channel.
- The fact that the show will be live streamed online shows that NASCAR as well as FOX Sports are interested in reaching a larger audience, taking advantage of today’s streaming world.
- NASCAR Race Day was a popular hit amongst fans along with most of the content produced by the much-missed SPEED Channel. They could not be more excited about this announcement. They just have one question…what about Jimmy Spenser?
Around The Garage
Co-host of NASCAR Race Day, Kenny Wallace, did this promo video just outside of the famed Bristol Motor Speedway.

Why, yes, Skylan Johnson, as John Roberts replied above, NASCAR Race Day (Presented by Home Depot?) WILL be streaming on all of Bristol Motor Speedway’s social media.
Tom Harris calls for Jimmy Spenser’s return. I personally would love to see him. He and his famed crying towel have been gone from NASCAR media for far too long.
No official word on whether or not Jimmy Spencer will reunite with his former co-hosts. We hopefully will find something out about that soon.
