With Stewart Hass Racing announcing that they’re shutting down at the end of the year, this leads to everyone trying to figure out: where did it start going wrong for them. • One of the biggest hurdles for Kyle Larson after his 2020 controversy was finding sponsorship. Fortunately, he was able to acquire a Hendrick Cars sponsorship for his time with Hendrick. But do you think SHR would be as successful without the extra influx of sponsorship money?
• In 2021 SHR had good cars but arguably not as good as the ones Hendrick had if Kyle Larson went to SHR. Do you think he would be a champion?
• We know one of the biggest turning points for SHR was the loss of Kevin Harvick as soon as he left the doors, there was less sponsorship money and less veteran leadership to lead this team, and the team ended up shutting down within months of his retirement. If Kyle Larson was at SHR, do you think he would have provided the veteran leadership that Harvick had?
