What’s Happening?
Hutch Games has now officially released a brand new NASCAR Mobile Game: NASCAR Manager. The game is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The game was previously available for early access back on Google Play in November, which included some early screenshots of the game.
- NASCAR Manager 23 functions very similar to F1 Manager if fans have played that game before. Players are put in charge of a race team with two drivers, and players can choose to upgrade different areas of their team including car parts and drivers. Players then play against others in PvP races at licensed NASCAR tracks.
- During races, the players function as the crew chiefs (sort of) for both cars. Rather than actually driving the car during the race, they have to decide the best strategy to get their drivers to the end. Players have to factor in tire wear, fuel consumption, and the overall aggression level of their drivers.
- Fan reaction to the game is a bit mixed. Some fans are excited to see a NASCAR Manager game, but, others are underwhelmed by the lack of licensed drivers in the game.
