So, the cat has been let out of the bag. We now know who’s going to be driving the number 19 car next year, but the situation and the person who made this announcement are the reason why this is one of the funniest moments in NASCAR history. Eric Estepp from Out Of The Groove is here to take us through everything that’s happening. 

• So we discovered that Chase Brisco will be in the 19 car next year. He was already the leading candidate and now it’s official, but do you think he’s the best driver for this car?
