Josh Bilicki and DGM Racing today announced a new partnership with Chesterfield Auto Parts and Sentara Health at the upcoming NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Richmond Raceway on Saturday, March 30th. Together, the group will promote Commonwealth Autism, a Richmond, VA based non-profit organization that is passionate about improving the lives of Autistic individuals living in Virginia.

Commonwealth Autism was recently in the news for the purchase of Good Foods Grocery, an Independent Natural Foods Grocery store in Richmond, Virginia.

Unemployment for Autistic Adults is over 80% and Good Foods Grocery provides paid internships and support to help these individuals find long-term sustainable employment.

“DGM Racing and I are thrilled to partner with Chesterfield Auto Parts and Sentara Health to support Commonwealth Autism at their home race in Richmond, Virginia,” says Bilicki. “Of course, we are always working hard to go faster on the race track, but our real mission here is to use this partnership to raise awareness for Commonwealth Autism and Good Food Grocery Store. A big thank you to Chesterfield Auto Parts and Sentara Health for allowing us to promote Commonwealth Autism on and off the track!”

“The prevalence rate of autism in Virginia is 1 in 27 compared to 1 in 36 nationally.  April is Autism Awareness month and although we are wrapping up March, we thought this partnership was a perfect opportunity to raise awareness and support for the autistic community”, said J. Tyler Hart, Ph.D. President and CEO of Commonwealth Autism.

Chesterfield Auto Parts returns to support Bilicki for the first time since September of 2021. Chesterfield Auto Parts is a locally owned Auto recycling business that has been in Richmond for nearly 75 years. As the third generation owner, Troy Webber is proud to keep up his family’s long tradition of helping the community by working closely with the Richmond City Fire Department to help train new firefighters and practice vehicle extrication techniques.

On the 20th anniversary of 9/11, Bilicki and Chesterfield Auto Parts honored the first responders who lost their lives on that tragic day with a paint scheme based off the Richmond, VA fire truck’s design.

Sentara Health will sponsor Bilicki for the first time. Sentara Health, an integrated, not-for-profit health care delivery system, celebrates more than 130 years in pursuit of its mission – “we improve health every day.” Sentara is one of the largest health systems in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, and among the top 20 largest not-for-profit integrated health systems in the country, with 30,000 employees, 12 hospitals in Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina, and the Sentara Health Plans division which serves more than 1 million members in Virginia and Florida.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Richmond Raceway will take place on Saturday, March 30th and will be televised live on FS1.
