After another surprising race at the Chicago Street course may be what we should always expect from the track, but unfortunately, it seems like we should also always expect rain to. Eric Estepp on Out Of The Groove is here to give you his review and analysis of the Chicago Street race.

• After having the worst rain in decades last year and now having an utterly unexpected storm, is the Chicago Street race destined always to be a wet weather race?
• Rain has affected most of this year‘s NASCAR season and a lot of fans put the blame on the start times. Do you think there would be less chance of rain if NASCAR races started earlier?
