It has been a weird start to the offseason in a ton of different ways. Between the giant explosion over the NASCAR Playoffs to NASCAR leadership’s reactions to fan uproar and even the advancement of the charter lawsuit between NASCAR and the 23XI and Front Row teams. No matter where you stand on any of it you have to admit that it has been a bit more wild than usual. So today I want to look overall at NASCAR’s position and why NASCAR is in an interesting position.
