NASCAR Admits They Have a Short Track Problem

NASCAR executive Elton Sawyer opened up on Sirius XM NASCAR Radio about the current state of short-track racing. NASCAR admits it’s a problem, but, can they fix it? Eric tackles that and more in the most recent Out of the Groove.
