- Williams will do this in addition to his full-time slate in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. He will drive the #11 car for the team in that series, and this will be his first season with the team. He spent 2023 with DGM Racing.
- Williams joins fellow Xfinity Series driver, A.J. Allmendinger, in the #16 Cup Series car. Williams’ Cup Series teammate will be Daniel Hemric, who will race full-time in the #31 car.
- Fans are excited to see Williams get a Cup Series opportunity. These are two races that he should do well in, and they are excited to see if he can win races.
