What’s Happening?

IMSA and open-wheel veteran Katherine Legge is taking on a part-time NASCAR schedule in 2025. Here’s a look at her multi-race schedule and results from Legge’s first season learning the ropes of NASCAR.

• While more prominently known for her efforts racing in IndyCar, qualifying for four Indianapolis 500s, and her time in IMSA, Guilford, England native Katherine Legge turns her focus to racing in NASCAR this season. The veteran driver is scheduled to race in a combined 14 races this season in the NASCAR Xfinity and Cup Series with Jordan Anderson Racing and Live Fast Motorsports.
• While this switch will be unlike anything else for Legge, she does have a history in NASCAR prior to 2025. Legge entered four races in 2018 and one race in 2023 in the NASCAR Xfinity Series; she would finish no better than 14th. This year, Legge made her ARCA debut at Daytona and her Cup Series debut at Phoenix.
• While it was unknown what her future held after Phoenix, she announced on April 15 that she is adding seven Xfinity Series races driving the No. 32 for Jordan Anderson Racing and five more Cup Series races driving the No. 78 for Live Fast Motorsports. This year will be a learning experience for the veteran, who is focusing on ovals in the Xfinity Series and the more familiar road courses in the Cup Series.
