Venturini Motorsports is one of the best teams in the ARCA Menards Series. They won the Championship in 2023 with Jesse Love as the driver, who won 10 races.
Balcean is a graduate of the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Program. She is the first Canadian woman to win a NASCAR-sanctioned race in the United States. She won at Motor Mile Speedway in August of 2016.
