What’s Happening?
Ty Dillon has a new crew chief for the 2024 season. Rackley W.A.R. announced on Tuesday that Shane Wilson would join the team. It will be Dillon and Wilson’s first year working together, but, Wilson has worked with Dillon’s brother, Austin.
- Shane Wilson has 624 races of experience across all three NASCAR National Touring Series. He has eight career wins in the Truck Series with Brendan Gaughan, 17 wins in the Xfinity Series with Jeff Burton, Kevin Harvick, and Gaughan combined, and two career Cup Series wins with Clint Bowyer. Wilson worked with Matt Crafton for 11 races in 2023.
- Ty Dillon joined Rackley W.A.R. this offseason after a tough season with Spire Motorsports. He looks to improve on Rackley W.A.R.’s Playoff appearance in 2023 with Matt DiBenedetto.
