What’s Happening?

Noah Gragson has officially signed with Stewart-Haas Racing for the 2024 season. SHR and Gragson reached a multi-year agreement for Gragson to drive the 10-car, replacing Aric Almirola. Drew Blickensderfer will be the crew chief. No sponsors were announced, indicating those would come at a later date.

You Need to Know:

  • Noah Gragson joins Stewart-Haas Racing to replace Aric Almirola. Gragson was reportedly the favorite to replace Almirla for months. Almirola left the team to join Joe Gibbs Racing part-time in the Xfinity Series for the 2024 season.
  • SHR has lost many major sponsors in 2023. They lost Busch Beer to Trackhouse, Smithfield when Almirola left, and Hunt Brothers Pizza to Joey Logano and Team Penske. They still do not have sponsorship fully figured out for 2024.
  • Many fans are excited to see Gragson’s news finally break. Others are excited to see him get another opportunity, but, others wonder if it will work.
