OOTG: Chase Elliott Addresses Suspension

In Eric Estepp’s most recent episode of Out of the Groove, he recaps more major news stories that have hit the NASCAR garage including Legacy Motor Club’s penalty and the return of Chase Elliot. He also takes some time to discuss NASCAR at Le Mans this week, and how much they have impressed.

• Elliott does not directly apologize for his actions with Denny Hamlin, so it is hard to see Elliott feeling any remorse for wrecking Hamlin.
• Garage 56 is meant to make NASCAR look cool, and so far it is succeeding.
• Legacy Motor Club needs a reset after the most recent penalty.

Eric can now hopefully finally put Gateway in his rear view mirror. Now it is on to Sonoma for NASCAR’s second road course race of the season.
