NASCAR Makes a TON of Rule Changes

NASCAR made a bevy of rules changes that have caused quite a stir, and an electric NASCAR race car is set to be demonstrated at the LA Coliseum. Eric Estepp covers it all in the most recent Out of the Groove.

• Noah Gragson revealed his first paint scheme, and Eric is not sure about it.
