- Sam Mayer was disqualified from the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Talladega because the rear of his car was too low to the ground. Dale Jr. claimed this was because of aggressive bump drafting. Do you think this is a valid excuse?
- 23XI has written a letter to NASCAR stating what they want changed in the charter agreement. One of these things is eliminating NASCAR’s rights to utilize a team’s IP unless a team has a meaningful share of revenue generated from those IP rights. Do you think this is a fair thing to ask for?
- NASCAR sent a letter to the teams explaining that they wouldn’t abuse their IP rights and would be willing to negotiate on that topic. Do you think this is a good move for NASCAR?
