One of the most popular drivers in NASCAR finally gets his waiver, and one of the most iconic paint schemes and fonts is finally back in the hands of the guy who should have had it all along. • After all the delay and controversy, Kyle Larson finally got a waiver, even though it’s a situation that NASCAR has not been through before. Do you think NASCAR will change the waiver rule at the end of the year?
• Teresa Earnhardt had a chance to reclaim the trademark for the number eight font on June 3 but fortunately, she did not. The number eight is now in the hands of who it truly belongs to, Dale Earnhardt Jr. When’s the next time we see DEI the number eight back on track?
• The question remains: Who does Teresa Earnhardt hold the real grudge against? She let Dale Jr. have the trademark for the DEI eight, but she did re-file for the DEI number one. Could this mean she has more of a grudge against Ty Norris than Dale Earnhardt Jr?
