What’s Happening?

Kyle Weatherman announced on Friday that he will not be participating in on-track activity at Darlington on Friday due to a family emergency. Kaden Honeycutt will fill in. Weatherman did not say what the specific emergency was, and he did not specify when he would be back.

  • Kyle Weatherman drives full-time for DGM Racing in the Xfinity Series in the Number 91 car. He’s coming off of his best finish of the season, 8th at TDover.
  • Kaden Honeycutt made his first Xfinity Series start of the season at Dover for DGM, finishing 23rd. He was slated to be off in the Xfinity and Truck Series this weekend.
  • Fans are wishing Weatherman the best with whatever the emergency is. They are also curious to see what Honeycutt does in the Friday sessions.
