You Need to Know:
- Dillon joins Rackley W.A.R. after a trying 2023 season with Spire Motorsports. He failed to record a top-10, and he recorded the worst average start and average finish of his full-time Cup Series career. However, he is a three-time winner in the Truck Series.
- Rackley W.A.R. enjoyed their best season yet in 2023. Driver Matt DiBenedetto led them to the Playoffs for the first time in their history before the pairing split 3 races before the season ended. They have one Truck Series win, in 2022 with DiBenedetto.
- Many fans see this deal as a win for all parties involved. Dillon gets to race full-time for a competitive team, and Rackley W.A.R. gets a driver who has won in the Truck Series before. Not everyone is totally convinced, however.
