In this week’s episode of the Something To Prove podcast, Thad sits down with Grant Edwards, a young but seasoned mechanic in his first year working at Petty Garage. Despite much of Grant’s family not having much of an interest in cars, it is his next-door neighbor and his 1965 Ford Mustang that first sparked Grant’s interest in cars. When Thad asks him what kind of car he would like to have and work on if he were to have an unlimited budget, he opts for just having a garage full of multiple cars that he can work on interchangeably due to his ADHD nature. And while some of the guys in Petty’s Garage might be thunderstruck over a certain 1970s Chevelle, Grant is not so easily impressed. His heart will always be with his neighbor’s ‘65 Mustang. This second episode of the Something To Prove podcast is a car enthusiast’s dream listen.
