What’s Happening?

TNT Sports has revealed its full broadcast lineup for its upcoming five-race stint of NASCAR Cup Series coverage. Among the known talent, previously announced broadcasters include a returning face: long-time NASCAR personality Shannon Spake.

  • Before and after each of the five races, Shannon Spake will be joined by Analysts Jamie McMurray and Parker Kligerman for NASCAR Nation. McMurray and Kligerman both work for CW Sports as analysts for the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
  • Spake, long known for her work as a pre-race show host and host of NASCAR Race Hub on FS1, has not been on NASCAR TV since last season, when she joined Steve Letarte in hosting NASCAR Inside the Playoffs on TruTv and MAX.
  • However, she has kept busy since the cancellation of NASCAR Race Hub, working as the courtside reporter for the Charlotte Hornets on FanDuel Sports Network. Spake has also hosted several shows on NASCAR’s YouTube Channel, including NASCAR Daily.
  • TNT also announced its pit reporters, Marty Snider, Danielle Trotta, and Alan Cavanna, alongside on- and off-air insights from Dylan “Mamba” Smith. TNT will also focus on its In-Season Challenge drivers tournament via an AltCast during each race on TruTv, with Larry McReynolds and Jeff Burton hosting.
  • TNT’s coverage takes over after the final race of Prime Video’s coverage at Pocono. The first race on TNT and MAX will be the Jun. 28 race at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Adam Alexander, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Steve Letarte will be the broadcast team for all ten races on Prime Video and TNT Sports.
