It may be the middle of the week, but there’s still a lot to talk about, like JRM losing their appeal, The CW Network making a controversial decision, and more possible changes to the DVP rule. Brake Hard is here to break down everything going on.

• Sam Mayor was disqualified from the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Talladega because the rear of his car was too low to the ground. Dale Jr. claimed this was because of aggressive bump drafting. Do you think this is a valid excuse?
