What’s Happening?
NASCAR’s 2024 schedule continues to be a major subject of speculation. One of the rumors going around is NASCAR potentially bringing the Cup Series to Canada for the first time, and Fox Sports’ Bob Pockrass reports that NASCAR in Canada is a very real possibility as soon as next year.
The next step internationally might not be a street course. Industry personnel have indicated that they have been told to get their passports ready to race in Canada as early as next year. NASCAR’s Xfinity Series raced on Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, the same course as the Formula 1 cars from 2007-2012.

Adam Stern reported back in June that NASCAR was in discussions with the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve about potentially coming back to NASCAR. Since then, people have theorized about where or when Canada could be added to the 2024 schedule.
With this, fans gave their own thoughts on NASCAR going to Canada. The fans showed an immense amount of positivity towards this potential move.

NASCAR’s move to Canada has been rumored for a long time, and people are excited at the potential that such a move can bring. With the Chicago Street Race seemingly being a success, maybe Canada is the next move.
