He sits 18th in the playoff standings 20 points below the cut-line, with no wins and eight finishes outside of the top-20 in the last 11 races. By contrast, his teammate Ross Chastain currently leads the points standings despite not winning a race yet.

Daniel Suarez has had a difficult season, and he is far from a lock for the Playoffs this year. However, Trackhouse as a team has failed to win a race yet this season as well. Regardless of what it is, Suarez needs to figure something out with the Playoffs coming up.
