Axios Charlotte shared that the Lake Norman mansion used to film part of Talladega Nights has hit the market for $9.9 Million.

Since Talladega Nights, the cinematic home has undergone $4M of modern French renovations.
While the mansion is known to be part of the movie, the stone fireplace backdrop for Will Ferrell’s “Sweet Baby Jesus” prayer is the one of the few features that remain from the set.
