Kyle Busch’s Crew Chief Discusses Team’s Future 

As the off-season approaches and the Silly Season grows, drivers must make a decision. Some are eager for new opportunities with new teams, and others must guarantee their loyalty. Eric Estepp from Out Of The Groove is here to discuss all of the recent Silly Season updates.

• Kyle Busch sounds hopeful about going to a new team while sounding like a prisoner with his current team. This will probably affect all of the people who work on his car daily to make him fast for RCR. Do you think Kyle Busch’s attitude is part of why RCR hasn’t been able to succeed with him? 
• Kyle Busch’s recent comments to the media made it seem like his loyalty to RCR is very little, but his crew chief Randall Burnnett praised Kyle Busch for his commitment to the RCR team. Do you think Kyle Busch stays with RCR at the end of next season?
• When Justin Haley decided to go to Rick Ware Racing, many media fans questioned that decision, but with his recent performances as of late, he has now become one of the most praised drivers, especially for this upcoming Silly Season. Do you think he should try to get a contract with a better performing team?
