What’s Happening?
With the release of iRacing’s NASCAR 26 console game just around the corner, slated to drop in September, gamers and NASCAR fans alike are looking for any updates about the game’s development.
This week, Ryan Williams, the Creative Director at JR Motorsports, revealed on X that developers are currently taking in paint scheme submissions for the game’s DLC paint scheme packs.
I sent around 50 JR Motorsports paint schemes to @NASCAR26TheGame for dlc today I'm getting super excited. We are fortunate enough to use iRacing's models here at the shop so all cars are straight from my Trading Paints page.

Williams added that, although he did not know anything about the game in particular, he submitted “around 50” paint schemes for JRM cars featured in it.
Last year, the series launch title, NASCAR 25, featured four monthly DLC packs with paint schemes for each of the game’s three NASCAR National Series and the ARCA Menards Series.
Each pack costs $5.99, but can be purchased in bulk at a discount with the $21.99 Season Pass.
Even though Williams did not reveal the exact number of JRM paint schemes he sent over, the team had 39 total paint schemes in last year’s game, split across its four full-time drivers, and part-timers Daniel Suarez, Shane van Gisbergen, and Ross Chastain.
Each JRM car started with one base paint scheme each, tacking on 32 DLC paint schemes throughout the game’s lifecycle. Most of these came from Justin Allgaier, who had 14 DLC paint schemes, with Connor Zilisch coming in second with seven DLC schemes.
