Huge SHR Silly Season Rumors

The rumors that have been swirling around this week are the kind of rumors that we would hear in early October but this year‘s silly season has started early, with the SHR charter rumors going on and Dale Jr finally making an announcement. • More Charter agreement negotiation information has come out. The thing that’s holding everything up is that NASCAR won’t make the charter agreement permanent but their reasoning for that is that their media rights deal is not permanent either.
