What’s Happening?
With the first trailer for iRacing Studios’ NASCAR 26 hitting the internet this week, NASCAR fans and gamers alike are once again counting down the days for the second edition of the publisher’s NASCAR console games.
If you missed out on NASCAR 25 or want a refresher before you buy, no worries, here’s everything you need to know before buying iRacing’s NASCAR 26.
What Are Your Options?
While many video games give buyers the opportunity to buy either a physical disc version or a digital download version of a game, sticking with last year’s NASCAR 25 release, NASCAR 26 will only come out via digital download.
This means that you will have to buy it directly from your console or PC and download it.
What Platforms is NASCAR 26 Available on?
NASCAR 26 will release on the same three platforms that NASCAR 25 did: Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC via the Steam Store.
Even if your friends do not have the same platform as you, for the first time in iRacing Studio’s line of NASCAR console games, players will be able to play online across all three in NASCAR 26.
What Versions Are There?
When purchasing your version of NASCAR 26 from either the PlayStation Store, XBOX Store, or Steam, there will be two options available to purchase versions of the game.
First, there is the Standard Edition, featuring just the base game, all modes, tracks, series, and drivers, with no bonuses. This version costs $59.99.

Second, there is the Gold Edition, which comes with several bonuses, including additions for your career mode, a season pass that will include all future DLC packs for free, and a special paint scheme for pre-ordering. This version costs $79.99.
