- Much like last year, Gold Edition bundles together all of the game’s future DLC packs as well as some advantages in career mode. These come in the form of the career mode currency, REP points, and VIP Employees.
- Of course, while the price of the Gold Edition sits at $79.99 ($20 more than the Standard Edition), for those who can afford it, this is one of the best ways to get the most value out of the game. Individual DLC packs for NASCAR 25 cost anywhere from $10.99 to $5.99, and the same could be expected for NASCAR 26.
- Even then, the main reason that players will buy the Gold Edition is likely the game’s early access. While Standard Edition players will have access to the game’s September 18 launch, Gold Edition players will be able to play on September 15.
- Still, purchasing either version of the game makes little difference as Gold merely allows for earlier access, some bonuses, and a DLC subscription. Standard Edition will still give users a chance to play the game in its entirety.
