Hailie Deegan Will Be Back Behind the Wheel This Weekend

Hailie Deegan is back behind the wheel this weekend in a completely different racing series. She will compete in the SpeedTour All-Star Race at Lime Rock Park alongside four-time NASCAR Cup Series winner Ken Schrader for Team SLR-M1.

• Deegan was recently let go from her full-time Xfinity Series ride at AM Racing. She failed to record a top-10 finish in the first 17 races, and Joey Logano replaced her for the Chicago Street Race. AM Racing officially let Deegan go on Monday after that weekend.
• David Land also reported that Deegan was spotted around the IndyNXT garage last weekend in Iowa, highlighting that Deegan is looking wherever she can for her next step. Her background is primarily in dirt track racing and off-roading.
• Fans are happy to see Deegan finding a new ride. However, they aren’t sure how Deegan will perform.
