Another hurdle for the Chicago street race as FOX 32 reports that two cart vehicles were stolen from the course construction site.

According to Tia Ewing of FOX 32 Chicago, two thieves stole two carts at the construction site of the Chicago Street Course track. Ewing reports that security has been working at the site, so there is not any information as to how the thieves broke in.

  • Construction on the temporary Chicago Street Course was started earlier this month. For now, it is primarily building grandstands, but it will include specific street closures later down the line.
