Cam Waters won’t be the only Supercars driver to make his Cup Series debut at Sonoma on June 9th. Will Brown will start his maiden Cup Series race for Richard Childress Racing in the No. 33 car. Richard Childress Racing later confirmed this.
Absolutely incredible opportunity to be able to head stateside and race at the highest level in America with @RCRracing!! 😁🇺🇸 Can't wait to get to Sonoma and have been working hard to prep, but first we've got Supercars in Perth this weekend! pic.twitter.com/rWfzuIV8d8

- Brown is an 8-time winner in Supercars. He drives for Red Bull Ampol Racing in the series and is the current points leader.
- Brown is the 4th Supercars driver to try his hand at stock car racing over the past two years. It all started when SVG won the 2023 Chicago Street Race, and since then, these drivers have shown interest in stock cars.
- Fans are excited to see another Supercars driver in the Cup Series. Could Brown compete for a win in this race?
