What’s Happening?
NASCAR returns after the last off-weekend of the season, at Talladega Superspeedway, which has secured its reputation as one of the most exciting tracks in NASCAR, the world’s largest oval, known for its high speeds, dramatic crashes, and pack racing. Adored by fans and feared by some drivers, it’s a venue where legends are forced to show their talent and luck. Just as we did for Darlington and Bristol, and will keep doing all season long, we’re breaking down the top 10 all-time lap leaders at Talladega, along with their key stats, besides reviewing the top 15 active drivers with the most laps led at the superspeedway. And that’s not all; we’re also examining some of Talladega’s historic track records and the names still holding them, so stick around until the end to check them out.
