What’s Happening?
NBA Legend Michael Jordan didn’t want to admit he played for the Washington Wizards during his basketball career, laughing off a question during his testimony Friday.
When Michael Jordan was being questioned about his upbringing by the teams' lawyer and asked if he played for any teams other than the @ChicagoBulls, he responded that "I tried to forget, but I did" play for the @WashWizards.

During a line of questioning, Jordan, a co-owner of 23XI Racing, was asked if he ever played for a team other than the Chicago Bulls during his career.
Of course, he did do so in the final two seasons of his time in the NBA, playing for the Washington Wizards in the 2001-2002 and 2002- 2003 seasons.
According to reports, the 62-year-old blew off this question, saying he “tried to forget” about his time with the Wizards.
Of course, this was an odd stretch in the legend’s career, coming three seasons after his second retirement from playing following Bulls GM Jerry Krause’s implosion of the Bulls’ roster ahead of the 1998-1999 season.
In his two seasons with the Wizards, Jordan shot .431/.241/.805, with his field goal percentage being a career worst in both seasons (in seasons in which he played in 20 or more games).
However, this time in his career was not without its own set of highlights from Jordan, such as the then 37-year-old dropping 51 points on the Charlotte Hornets on December 21, 2001.
Jordan, the designated representative of the team in their antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR, took to the stand to testify on day five of the trial. Jordan was the sixth witness to testify in the case, and perhaps the most anticipated on the two sides’ lengthy lists.
