What’s Happening?

In 2024, Darlington Raceway will host its 10th annual throwback weekend during the second weekend of May. Throwback weekend means throwback paint schemes, and we will compile all throwback schemes from all three National Touring Series. Here is every 2024 Darlington throwback scheme.

  • We will organize all throwback paint schemes in numerical order by series. The Cup Series will come first, then Xfinity, and, finally, Trucks.
  • Throwback schemes have been a part of Darlington race weekends since 2015 when the Southern 500 returned to its traditional Labor Day weekend. Starting in 2021, Darlington gained a race in the spring, and that weekend became the throwback weekend.
  • Fans always love throwback weekends. It’s an opportunity to see classic paint schemes on track, and the race delivers every year as well.
