What’s Happening?
While Corey Heim’s win at the Brickyard introduced some new fans to a future star of the sport, it also spotlighted another interesting aspect of Heim’s personal life.
During the celebration on the frontstretch and the subsequent ride to Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s iconic victory lane lift, fans noticed Heim’s girlfriend, Taylor Reimer.
In fact, some fans online even noted that Reimer looked familiar, something that is no coincidence for diehard race fans, as she is currently working her way up the NASCAR ladder.
So far this season, Reimer has made five starts in the ARCA Menards Series as part of the stable of drivers piloting Pinnacle Racing Group’s No. 77.
Throughout her four seasons racing in ARCA’s top division, Reimer has been a consistent finisher, scoring a top 10 in nine of her 11 career starts, scoring a best career finish of third at Springfield in 2024.
The Oklahoma native’s athletic career goes beyond just NASCAR and racing, as during her time in college at the University of Oklahoma, she served as a cheerleader.
Per her website, her time in high school and at OU led to a six-year break from racing, as Reimer had already begun building her career on dirt, racing in everything from go-karts to midgets.
