What’s Happening?

One of the NASCAR Cup Series calendar’s staples is Pocono Raceway and camping in Pocono is a good time, just like at any other NASCAR Cup Series track. Here is everything to expect from NASCAR’s official camping notebook.

  • Pocono Raceway has been on the NASCAR Cup Series schedule since 1971. The Tricky Triangle is a 2.5 mile triangle-shaped oval, a unique track unlike any other on the Cup Series schedule.
  • Pocono hosts one Cup race per year. The track formally hosted two Cup dates, including a doubleheader from 2020-2021, before reducing to one date in 2022.
  • Fans love camping at Pocono Raceway. It’s a unique venue, and the track has something for everyone.

Amenities & Highlights

Fans who camp in Atlanta can expect some of the typical camping amenities and a few unique ones.

50-amp and water hook-ups are available at select locations. There are multiple RV and tent camping options available, starting at $200 for four nights. Showers, restrooms, ice, RV pump and water services are all available.

Pets are permitted at Pocono, the home of the first dog park at a NASCAR track: The Bark Park. There is an infield block party at the track in addition to the #POCONOMTNS inclusive playground.

Campground Details

Camping at Pocono has something for both the party goer and the quiet family affair. There are quiet rooms at the campgrounds as well as Kulture City Sensory Kits.

Fans receive free pit/paddock passes with select and/or advanced purchases as well as free grandstand access on select days. In addition, campgrounds have free access to Fan Fair and kids 12 and under camp for free.
