Phoenix Raceway Weather History

Due to its desert climate, Phoenix Raceway has not been the subject of much weather scrutiny over the years. However, weather has impacted Phoenix in the NASCAR Playoffs before back in 2015. The race was delayed until Sunday night, and it was called after 219 laps. Dale Earnhardt Jr. won his last career race, and Carl Edwards narrowly missed out on the Championship 4.

Aside from that, Phoenix has been pretty immune from weather issues. Hopefully, this weekend will keep that trend alive.
