HEAR FROM JOEY: “Another solid qualifying effort for this 22 team to start the year and back-to-back weeks with an all Ford front row is a heck of a debut for the Dark Horse Mustang. Hopefully we can keep our Shell-Pennzoil Ford Mustang up front in clean air and replicate the type of run we put together here last spring.”
LAST SPRING AT ATLANTA: A weekend dominated by Ford Performance, Joey Logano claimed the pole for the 2023 edition of the Ambetter Health 400 and led 140 laps en route to the race victory. It was a 1-2-3 starting lineup for Team Penske entries with Cindric joining Logano on the front row and Blaney securing the third starting position. All three cars led laps in the event, with Cindric claiming the Stage 2 win.
MIC’D UP: Following his on-track obligations on Saturday, Logano will trade in his firesuit for a suit and tie as the Team Penske driver will be a broadcast analyst for the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Atlanta. Coverage of the event begins at 5:00 p.m. ET on FS1.
RACE DAY: Four hundred miles of Cup Series action kick off Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. ET. Coverage will be carried on FOX, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
