What’s Happening?

Driver Donovan Strauss will make his NASCAR debut with Niece Motorsports at North Wilkesboro Speedway later this season.

  • Strauss will drive the team’s No. 4 truck, a part-time entry that has seen a rotation of drivers throughout the season. This race will mark Strauss’ NASCAR Craftsman Truck and NASCAR debuts.
  • Prior to his debut, Strauss had made a name for himself in the eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series and ZMAX Cars Tour. Last season, he finished ninth in the Cars Tour Late Model Stock standings.
  • Luckily, North Wilkesboro will be familiar territory for Strauss, as he has two starts to his name at the track in the CARS Tour. In his two starts, Strauss finished 15th and 22nd.
  • Strauss is also the fifth driver to pilot the No. 4 this season, joining Garrett Mitchell (Cleetus McFarland), Ben Maier, Connor Hall, and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in shared duties. He is the tenth driver to race for Niece this season, as the team has taken a part-time approach to most of its 2026 roster.
