It’s a tripleheader weekend for NASCAR as the Trucks, Xfinity, and the NASCAR Cup Series head to Talladega Superspeedway. Whether you are at the track or home, what does the forecast look like for this weekend in Talladega, Alabama?

• Talladega is NASCAR’s most feared track, bigger, faster, and wider than the original superspeedway in Daytona Beach. Of course, the track doesn’t sit in the shadow of Daytona, away from racing, as the 2.66-mile speedway has built a name for itself in and out of the sport.
• Throughout its history, Talladega has hosted two NASCAR Cup Series events, the first of which took place in 1970. The track has also hosted two NASCAR Xfinity Series dates every year since 2020, while the Trucks have only raced at Talladega once a year since their inaugural race in 2006.
• Weather has factored into races at Talladega throughout the past few seasons, with one notable occurrence leading to Bubba Wallace’s first career win in 2021.
