NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series team MBM Motorsports appears to be making a switch from Ford to Ram after a new post showing their No. 69 truck clad in Ram sheet metal.

The post, captioned, “Guts. Glory.” was shared to social media Sunday morning, and quickly started an online firestorm amongst fans. This is because if MBM enters this truck in a race, they will be the second team to enter a Ram since the manufacturer returned to the sport in February.
Ram, owned by Stellantis, is currently fielding five full-time trucks in the Craftsman Truck Series through Kaulig Racing. Kaulig, which has factory support and sponsorship from Ram, is also the leading candidate to bring fellow Stellantis-owned brand Dodge to the Cup Series in the coming years.
As of press time, MBM has not confirmed any form of support from Ram and could be fielding its Ram independently. Changing manufacturers in the Truck Series requires not as much legwork as other series, as the only major manufacturer-based difference between teams in the series is body style, as all trucks use the same spec Ilmor engine.
Throughout the 2026 season, the team has entered a total of eight races, only qualifying for three. So far this season, the team has fielded Fords in all races they have qualified for, as well as the six races they competed in last season.
