After a very controversial night at Martinsville Raceway that included multiple potential examples of race manipulation, Eric Estepp is here to give us his race review and analysis.
- Last year, Ryan Blaney needed a walk-off win in Martinsville to advance to the championship four. He accomplished that and went on to win the championship. This year, he was faced with the same situation in Martinsville, and he was able to win. Do you think that he will be the champion again this year?
- We had multiple occurrences of race manipulation at the end of Martinsville, with two Chevy teammates forming a blockade behind William Byron, refusing to let anyone pass, and Bubba Wallace with a phantom flat tire when he let Christopher Bell by. The reason why he was eliminated from the playoffs was ultimately the wall ride in the end. Who do you think deserves to be in the playoffs?
- Even though we were surrounded by controversy in the end, we saw one of the best NASCAR races at Martinsville in the Gen Seven era. What score would you give today’s race on the Lectric Groovy Gauge?
